As a participant of the partner conference Rome 2026, your attendance is fully sponsored by the organisers. The invitation includes:

  • Flights

    Economy class round-trip or one-way tickets to Rome.

  • Accommodation

    Overnight stay at the historic St. Regis Rome.

  • Transfers

    Ground transportation between the airport and the hotel.

  • Catering

    All meals during the conference, including the Networking dinner.

    After your registration is confirmed, the organiser will contact you via email to finalise your flight details. Your flight confirmation number along with a detailed travel itinerary will be sent to your registered email address no later than 10 days before the event.
